Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Synthetic Fixed-Income Securities, Inc., as depositor for the STRATS Trust For Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Securities, Series 2005-4, filed its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2025. The trust’s assets consist solely of notes issued by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., so investors in the STRATS certificates have exposure only to those underlying notes.

Most standard annual report items are marked not applicable under asset-backed securities staff guidance. Instead, detailed information on receipts and distributions is provided in separate Form 8-K reports filed after each distribution date, which are incorporated by reference. The STRATS certificates are represented by physical certificates held in the name of Cede & Co. and are listed on the NYSE under the symbol GJO. The depositor and trustee state they have not verified Wal-Mart’s own Exchange Act reports and do not vouch for their accuracy.

FAQ

What is the STRATS Trust For Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Securities, Series 2005-4 (GJO)?

The STRATS Trust For Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Securities, Series 2005-4 is a common law trust holding only notes issued by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Investors own STRATS certificates, which give them an interest in payments from those underlying Wal-Mart notes, not in the depositor or trustee.

Where are the STRATS Wal-Mart 2005-4 (GJO) certificates listed and how are they held?

The STRATS Certificates, Series 2005-4 are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol GJO. They are represented by one or more physical certificates registered in the name of Cede & Co., the nominee of The Depository Trust Company, which holds them on behalf of beneficial owners.

How does the STRATS Wal-Mart 2005-4 (GJO) trust report its distribution activity?

The trust files distribution reports to security holders on Form 8-K after each distribution date instead of using quarterly reports. These Forms 8-K detail receipts and distributions by the trust and are incorporated by reference into the annual report as the primary source of periodic distribution information.

Does the STRATS Wal-Mart 2005-4 (GJO) registrant have common equity held by non-affiliates?

The registrant states it has no voting stock or class of common stock held by non-affiliates. Investors instead hold STRATS certificates representing beneficial interests in the trust’s assets, which consist solely of notes issued by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., rather than traditional common equity of the registrant.

Where can investors find information about the underlying Wal-Mart notes in the STRATS Wal-Mart 2005-4 (GJO) trust?

Information about Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and its notes comes from Wal-Mart’s own periodic and current reports filed under Exchange Act file number 001-06991. These reports are available through the SEC’s EDGAR system, and the depositor and trustee emphasize they have not verified or participated in preparing those filings.
