On May 6, 2026, Corning Incorporated (the “Company”) will host investors and analysts at the New York Stock Exchange, starting at 9:00 a.m. (ET) (the “Investor Event”), to discuss, among other matters, the Company’s progress across its businesses, updates to its Springboard plan, and product developments such as innovations in its Gen AI product portfolio and a new Photonics Market-Access Platform.

 

In addition, the Company expects that Wendell Weeks, its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President will participate in an interview on CNBC at approximately 6:00 PM (ET) on May 7, 2026. He is expected to address these topics and may also provide further information and business updates.
