On June 22, 2025, Galaxy Payroll Group Limited (the “Company”) entered into a memorandum of understanding (the “MOU”) regarding the joint development and promotion of AI-powered HR and payroll solutions, specifically including the “AI HR & Payroll Manager” and “AI Recruitment Manager” (“Collaboration”).
