Record date October 12, 2026 Common stockholders of record at the close of business
Payment date October 16, 2026 Common stock dividend
in arrears financial
"paid on a quarterly basis in arrears"
In arrears means a payment that was due has not been made on time, or that payments are scheduled to be made after the period they cover (for example, paying interest at the end of a month rather than at the start). For investors, arrears matter because they indicate possible cash-flow strain or higher credit risk and change when income or expenses are recognized—like a landlord not getting rent when expected, which can signal trouble or alter available cash.
record date financial
"stockholders of record on the record date for such payment"
The record date is the specific day when a company determines which shareholders are eligible to receive a dividend or participate in an upcoming vote. It’s like a cutoff date; if you own the stock on that day, you get the benefits or voting rights. This date matters because it decides who qualifies for certain company benefits.
net lease assets technical
"global portfolio of income producing net lease assets"
Net lease assets are properties leased to tenants under agreements where the tenant pays rent plus some or all of the property’s operating costs (like taxes, insurance, or maintenance). For investors, these assets act like long-term, low-hassle income sources because the landlord receives predictable rent while shifting many variable expenses to the tenant—similar to renting a car where the renter also covers fuel and upkeep, reducing the owner’s unexpected costs.
