On August 5, 2025, Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”)
issued a press release reporting its financial and operating results for the three months ended June 30, 2025 and announcing its expanded
stock repurchase authorization and its preferred stock redemption, among other items. A copy of the press release and supplemental financial
information are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
