Limited (the “Company”) convened its Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”). However, due to lack of quorum the AGM
has been adjourned and in accordance with the Company’s Bye-laws, the AGM will be reconvened at 10:00 a.m. UTC-3 on August 6, 2025,
at Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, 4th Floor, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda.
