Shareholders will vote on approving the 2025 consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements, appointing directors, and setting the 2026 director compensation ceiling at KRW 4 billion. Insights

Gravity posts higher 2025 revenue but lower profit; AGM to confirm results and board.

Gravity Co., Ltd. plans to have shareholders approve 2025 Korean IFRS financial statements and director matters at the March 2026 AGM. Preliminary consolidated data show revenue of KRW 560,547 million and net income of KRW 67,309 million, alongside higher total assets of KRW 742,662 million.

Compared with 2024, revenue and total shareholders’ equity increased, while operating income and net income declined on both a consolidated and non-consolidated basis. This points to solid top-line performance but some pressure on profitability, though the causes are not detailed in the excerpt.

The company stresses these 2025 figures are unaudited and may change after the independent auditor’s opinion. A key governance point is the proposal to keep the 2026 director remuneration ceiling at KRW 4 billion, while reappointing 10 directors and adding 1 new director, maintaining continuity in leadership unless shareholders vote otherwise.
