Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 29, 2026, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will report its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 financial results after the market closes on Thursday, February 26, 2026, and that it will host an earnings conference call on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 9:00 am Eastern Time to discuss its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
