On October 20, 2025, Tessa N. Judge, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Helen of Troy Limited (the “Company”), notified the Company of her intention to voluntarily resign from the Company, effective November 28, 2025 (the “Effective Date”). Ms. Judge’s resignation was a personal decision to pursue another professional opportunity and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. Ms. Judge will continue serving in her role with the Company until the Effective Date to help with a smooth transition. The Company expresses its appreciation to Ms. Judge for her contributions and leadership since joining the Company.
