On October 29, 2025, Solana Company (formerly known as Helius Medical Technologies, Inc.) (the “Company”) issued a press release. After issuance of the press release, a correction was released that same day noting that in the first sentence of the third paragraph the amount of “SOL” held by the Company as of October 29, 2025 increased by roughly 0.1 million, not 1 million, since its last update on October 6, 2025.
