A total of 96,600 stock options granted on April 17, 2025 and vesting in three tranches: (i) 28,980 vesting on April 17, 2026 and expiring on April 16, 2031, (ii) 28,980 vesting on April 17, 2027 and expiring on April 16, 2032, and (iii) 38,640 vesting on April 17, 2028 and expiring on April 16, 2033.
