On August 3, 2026, International Bancshares
Corporation (“IBC”) issued a news release announcing that on July 31, 2026, IBC’s board of directors approved
the declaration of a seventy-three cents per share cash dividend for shareholders of record of common stock, $1.00 par value, as of the
close of business on August 14, 2026, payable on August 28, 2026.

ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND
Laredo,
Texas — (BUSINESS WIRE) — August 3, 2026 — International Bancshares Corporation (NASDAQ: IBOC) (“IBC”)
announced today that its board of directors approved the declaration of a $0.73 per share cash dividend for shareholders of record
of common stock, $1.00 par value, as of the close of business on August 14, 2026, payable on August 28, 2026.

our sustained financial strength, which is reinforced by our solid capital position, significant liquidity and 60 years of positive earnings.
