On August 1, 2025, I-Mab (the “Company”) announced that it expects to report that it had cash and cash
equivalents, and short-term investments of $165.6 million as of June 30, 2025.
The Company expects to report its full financial results for the
three and six months ended June 30, 2025 later this quarter. The preliminary financial results described in this report have not been audited or reviewed by our auditors and are subject to adjustment based on the Company’s completion of quarter-end financial close processes.
