("Point72 Capital Advisors Inc.") with respect to the shares of Common Stock held by Point72 Associates; and (iii) Steven A. Each of Cubist Systematic Strategies, LLC, Point72 (DIFC) Limited, Point72 Asia (Singapore) Pte.
