SHANGRAO, China, March 24, 2026 - JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS), a global leader in clean energy technology, today announced that it plans to release its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025 before the open of U.S. markets on Thursday, April 16, 2026.

JinkoSolar's management will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time (8:00 p.m. Beijing / Hong Kong the same day).
