State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Form 10-K, 11-K, 20-F, 10-Q, N-SAR or the transition report portion thereof could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

Jupiter Neurosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (the “Form 10-K”) in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or expense. Although the Company had substantially completed the preparation of the Form 10-K, it was unable to finalize and submit the filing prior to the prescribed deadline of March 31, 2026 due to missing the 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time filing cutoff. The Company is continuing to finalize the Form 10-K and expects to file the Form 10-K by April 1, 2026.
