Critical Minerals Corporation (“Atlas Critical Minerals” or “Company”) engaged SGS Canada Inc. (“SGS”)
to prepare a Technical Report Summary in accordance with Item 1300 of Regulation S-K (the “S-K 1300 Technical Report Summary”)
for its Iporá Project located in the state of Goiás, Brazil (the “Iporá TRS”). The Company has identified
both rare earths and titanium mineralization at the Iporá Project. The Iporá TRS is dated September 30, 2025, with an effective
date of September 30, 2025, and is filed as Exhibit 96.1 to this Form 6-K.
