Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.

On January 5, 2026, Kelly Galligan, General Counsel and Secretary of KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of her intention to resign
from the Company. Ms. Galligan has agreed to remain with the Company for a transition period to assist in the transition of her responsibilities.
