Kyocera Corporation has instructed Citibank, N.A., as depositary, to terminate the Kyocera-sponsored ADR program and Citibank is establishing an unsponsored ADR program to replace it. Holders who do not surrender their sponsored ADSs by June 4, 2026 will receive one unsponsored ADS for each sponsored ADS at the close of business in New York on that date.
