How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

arable hectares technical
"1,752.66 are arable hectares"
Present value financial
"Present value R$78.8 million"
Present value is the current worth of a future stream of cash flows after adjusting for the time value of money, calculated by discounting each future payment back to today using a chosen discount rate. It matters to investors because it lets you compare amounts payable or receivable at different times on a common, today-based scale — like deciding whether one apple now is worth more or less than several apples later.
Book value financial
"Book value of the area R$27.3 million"
Book value is a company’s total assets minus its total liabilities as reported on the balance sheet; it represents the net accounting value that would remain for shareholders if the business sold its assets and paid off its debts. Investors use it as a benchmark to judge whether a stock looks cheap or pricey compared with that accounting baseline—like comparing a car’s resale “book” value to the price someone asks—and to assess firms with lots of tangible assets or potential liquidation value.
Expected IRR financial
"Expected IRR 26.2% in Brazilian reais"
purchase option financial
"grants the lessee a purchase option"
A purchase option is a contractual right that lets one party buy an asset, property, or securities at a pre‑agreed price during a specified period. For investors it matters because it provides the chance to lock in the right to acquire something later without committing now—like reserving the option to buy a house at today’s price—so you can benefit if value rises while limiting immediate exposure.
