Rhea-AI Filing Summary

BrasilAgro updated its estimates for the 2025/2026 harvest, reporting a 2% reduction in total planted grain area versus the initial plan, mainly from lower soybean and second-crop bean acreage after strategic and budget adjustments.

The company still expects a positive crop year, projecting total production of 249,640 tons, 1% below the previous estimate but 17% above the 2024/25 harvest. Sugarcane output was 1.7 million tons in 2025 with 67.55 tons per hectare, and production for 2026 is estimated at 2.1 million tons with 79.51 tons per hectare. Cattle operations are projected at 11,637 head over 8,649 hectares, and updated production costs per hectare are provided by crop. All figures are hypothetical projections and not a performance promise.

‘2 The sugarcane harvest was completed in November, with 1 . 7 million metric tons of sugarcane, corresponding to 67 . 55 tons of cane per hectare (TCH) . For the 2026 sugarcane crop, we estimate production of 2 . 1 million metric tons, with TCH of 79 . 51 , reflecting the renewal of the fields and the normalization of production conditions . Performance fell short of expectations, primarily due to the advanced age of the sugarcane fields, which amplified the impact of high temperatures during crop formation and water deficits during crop development . Additionally, frost events in Brotas (SP), pest outbreaks in Mato Grosso, and a fire in September that affected part of São José Farm further contributed to the decline in productivity during the period . Cattle raising We projected 11,637 head of cattle, distributed across 8,649 hectares of active pastureland in Brazil and Paraguay. Production cost (R$/ha) It is worth noting that the estimates are hypothetical data and do not constitute a promise of performance . FAQ

What did BrasilAgro (LND) disclose about its 2025/2026 planted area?

BrasilAgro reported that, after completing grain planting, total planted area decreased 2% versus its initial estimate. The reduction mainly affects soybean and second-crop bean acreage, reflecting strategic and budgetary adjustments rather than operational constraints across the broader portfolio.

How does BrasilAgro’s projected 2025/26 crop production compare to 2024/25?

BrasilAgro projects total production of 249,640 tons for 2025/26, 1% below its earlier estimate but 17% above the 2024/25 realized harvest. This outlook assumes a positive crop year despite earlier irregular rainfall that later stabilized and supported stronger production levels.

What are BrasilAgro’s sugarcane production expectations for 2026?

For the 2026 sugarcane crop, BrasilAgro estimates 2.1 million metric tons produced with 79.51 tons of cane per hectare. This follows a 2025 harvest of 1.7 million tons at 67.55 tons per hectare, influenced by older fields, weather, frost, pests, and a fire incident.

What cattle raising metrics did BrasilAgro (LND) project for 2025/26?

BrasilAgro projected 11,637 head of cattle distributed over 8,649 hectares of active pastureland in Brazil and Paraguay. The company also presented estimates for meat production in kilograms, daily weight gain, and weight gain per hectare, already including the sale of Preferência Farm.

How did BrasilAgro address production costs per hectare for key crops?

BrasilAgro provided projected production costs per hectare in Brazilian reais for soybean, corn, beans, cotton, and sugarcane for 2025/26. The table shows percentage changes versus 2024/25, and soybean cost is projected at R$5,173 per hectare, with sugarcane costs including area opening amortization.

Does BrasilAgro guarantee its 2025/26 operational estimates?

BrasilAgro explicitly states that its 2025/26 estimates are hypothetical data and do not constitute a promise of performance. Investors are directed to the projections section of the company’s Reference Form for additional details on operating estimates and underlying assumptions.
