On January 26, 2026, LINKBANCORP, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results as of and for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission and shall not be deemed filed for any purpose.

On January 22, 2026, the Board of Directors of LINKBANCORP, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share, payable on March 16, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2026.
