Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 19, 2025, LanzaTech Global, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the six months and quarter ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
