EXPLANATORY NOTE
The Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of Logistic Properties of the Americas (the "Company") will be held virtually at 9:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on September 17, 2025 from the Company's offices at 601 Brickell Key Drive, Suite 700, Miami, FL 33131.
In connection with the AGM, the Company hereby furnishes the Notice of Annual General Meeting, the Proxy Statement for Annual General Meeting and the Proxy Form for Annual General Meeting, as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2, and 99.3 hereto, respectively.
