(the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Preliminary Report") to report its preliminary financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2025 within a press release (the "Preliminary Earnings Release") furnished as Exhibit 99.1 in the Original Report. This Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Final Report") supplements the Preliminary Report with respect to certain financial information included in the Preliminary Earnings Release, including providing disclosures of Revenue, Merchant Revenue and Net Revenue, and Consumer Revenue.
