As previously reported, on July 28, 2025, the Company received a deficiency letter from the staff of the Listing Qualifications Department (the “Staff”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating the Company had failed to comply with the minimum bid price of $1.00 per share requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (the “Bid Price Requirement”), based on the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock for the previous 30 consecutive business days from June 12 to July 28, 2025. 

On September 29, 2025, the Company received a letter from the Staff confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the Bid Price Requirement. The matter is now closed.
