foreign private issuer regulatory
"FORM 6-K Report of Foreign Private Issuer Pursuant to Rule 13a-16"
A foreign private issuer is a company organized outside the United States that meets tests showing it is primarily foreign-controlled and therefore qualifies for a different set of U.S. reporting rules. For investors, that means the company files less frequent or differently formatted disclosures with U.S. regulators and may follow home-country accounting and governance practices, so buying its stock is like dining at a well-reviewed restaurant that follows its home kitchen’s rules instead of the local menu — you get access but should check what standards apply.
forward-looking statements regulatory
"This news release may include forward-looking information and forward-looking statements"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
Annual Information Form regulatory
"under "Risk Factors" in our most recent Annual Information Form"
A company's annual information form is a comprehensive regulatory filing that lays out its business description, key assets, risks, legal matters and other background details shareholders need to understand the company’s operations. Think of it as a detailed owner’s manual or dossier that supplements financial statements, helping investors do deeper homework on how the business works and what could affect its future performance.
Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations financial
"those risk factors identified in our most recent Management's Discussion and Analysis"
A narrative section of a company's financial filing where executives explain the numbers, highlight what drove revenue, profit and cash flow changes, discuss risks and liquidity, and outline future outlook and plans. Think of it as management’s walkthrough of the company’s report card that adds context, explanations and judgments behind the raw figures — information investors use to assess quality of results, the likelihood of future performance, and the credibility of management’s guidance.
omnichannel technical
"the unified omnichannel platform powering ambitious retail, golf, and hospitality"
A coordinated approach to selling and serving customers across all touchpoints—stores, websites, mobile apps, social media, and call centers—so the experience feels like one continuous conversation no matter where a customer interacts. For investors, omnichannel capability signals how well a company can attract and keep customers, turn interactions into sales, and use shared customer data to cut costs and boost revenue—making it a key driver of growth and competitive strength.
