On August 31, 2026, Paul Krause provided LiveWire Group, Inc. (the “Company”) notice of his decision to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective as of the end of the day on August 31, 2026. We thank Mr. Krause for his contributions to the Company during his tenure.

On September 1, 2026, the Board appointed Matt Ryan to serve on the Board, effective as of September 1, 2026.

Mr. Ryan will not be entitled to receive any additional compensation for his service as a director of the Company because he currently serves as the Chief Marketing and Technology Officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc.
