Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as representatives of the several underwriters listed on Schedule 1 attached to the Underwriting Agreement, in connection with the public offering by the Operating Partnership of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Operating Partnership’s 4.650% Senior Notes due 2033.
