On June 11, 2026, the Board of Directors of Medallion Bank appointed Donald Poulton to serve as a member of its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2026.

 

(c) On June 11, 2026, the Board of Directors of Medallion Bank appointed Mr. David Justin Haley to succeed Donald Poulton and serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Medallion Bank, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Haley will continue to serve as President of Medallion Bank.
