As previously disclosed, on October 21, 2025, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Delaware Bankruptcy Court”) held a hearing on the motion to dismiss the involuntary petition (the “Involuntary Petition”) filed by certain petitioning creditors against Mawson Infrastructure Group, Inc. (the “Company”) on December 4, 2024, Bankr. Case No. 24-12726, and ordered the dismissal of the Involuntary Petition against the Company. On November 4, 2025, the Delaware Bankruptcy Court issued a written order (the “Order”) formalizing its ruling from the bench on October 21, 2025.

On November 4, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing, among other things, the Order of the Delaware Bankruptcy Court. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
