Filing Explained

The release is incorporated into Mint’s Form F-3 disclosure; this filing does not establish that any securities were offered, issued, or sold.

Mint’s August 26, 2026 Form 6-K places the Yunji robot arrangement at an early development stage: the binding contract sets the parties’ development roles, while market entry is conditional on successful development and creation of manufacturing and distribution networks.

The filing adds the release to Mint’s Form F-3 registration statement by incorporation by reference; that updates the registration disclosure but does not report that securities have been offered, issued, or sold.

Form 6-K is an interim report used by a foreign private issuer to furnish material information published in its home market.
