(b)  On March 18, 2026, Alison A. Deans and Franklin L. Feder, members of the Board of Directors of Minerals Technologies Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company they will retire from the Board as of the end of their respective terms at the Company’s May 20, 2026 annual meeting of shareholders.
