On August 9, 2025, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of NioCorp Developments Ltd. (the “Company”) appointed Tony Fulton to fill the existing vacancy on the Board. Mr. Fulton will serve for an initial term ending at the Company’s 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Fulton will also serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Audit Committee of the Board.
