On October 12, 2025, NioCorp Developments Ltd. (the
“Company”) announced a Company update relating to certain preliminary financial results for the three-month period ended September
30, 2025. This announcement was contained in a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. Such exhibit and the
