On August 21, 2025, NorthEast
Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a
special cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company’s outstanding common stock. The special cash dividend will be paid on or
about October 6, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 8, 2025.
