August 20, 2025, NexMetals Mining Corp. (the “Company”) issued a news release reporting the successful completion of its
accelerated drill program at the past-producing Cu-Ni-Co-PGE Selkirk Mine in Botswana. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit
