The company also announced that Chief Operating Officer Tracey Massey has resigned from her role for personal reasons, effective January 30, 2026, with no disagreement related to operations, policies, or practices. Insights

Reaffirmed guidance offsets potential concern from COO transition.

NIQ Global Intelligence confirms prior financial guidance for the fourth quarter and full year 2025, signaling that its near-term outlook remains consistent with earlier expectations. This reduces uncertainty around operating performance as the company approaches completion of its 2025 financial closing and audit processes.

The resignation of Chief Operating Officer Tracey Massey introduces leadership change but is described as for personal reasons and not due to disagreement with the company. She will continue as Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer until September 30, 2026, which may help preserve continuity during the transition.

The separation package includes a severance payment of $1,938,993, continued salary and benefits through the separation date, bonus eligibility and extended equity vesting through September 30, 2027. These terms reflect a structured, negotiated exit. Actual business impact will depend on how effectively the CEO and executive team absorb the former COO’s responsibilities.
