Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 29, 2026, Norfolk Southern Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting fourth-quarter and full year results for 2025, as well as its Quarterly Financial Data for the fourth quarter of 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Quarterly Financial Data is attached as Exhibit 99.2, each of which is incorporated by reference herein.
