Natuzzi S.p.A. announces timing of its 2026 second quarter financial information and conference call

Santeramo in Colle, Bari, Italy – October 20, 2026 – Natuzzi S.p.A. (NYSE: NTZ) (“Natuzzi” or the “Company”) will disclose its unaudited 2026 second quarter financial information on Wednesday October 21, 2026.

The Company will host a conference call on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern time (16:00 CET) to discuss financial information.
