7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On
August 1, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary Shanghai Huomao Cultural Development Co., Ltd. Has
officially launched Huomao Jiangxiang Baijiu, a premium Maotai-style liquor from China, on leading Chinese e-commerce platforms. The
company has initiated global partnership recruitment and appointed brand ambassadors in Singapore, Kazakhstan, Japan, Germany and Italy.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
