The project, targeting a 2032 in- service date, strengthens grid reliability and efficiency. A separate partnership will explore expanding Montana's southwest transmission corridor to bolster reliability, allow for critical import capability, and enhance Western market access.

We estimate weather to be a $14.4 million pre-tax detriment as compared to normal, and a $16.6 million detriment as compared to first quarter 2025. Management believes that Utility Margin provides a useful measure for investors and other financial statement users to analyze our financial performance in that it excludes the effect on total revenues caused by volatility in energy costs and associated regulatory mechanisms. This information is intended to enhance an investor's overall understanding of results. Under our various state regulatory mechanisms, our supply costs are generally collected from customers.
