On January 6, 2026, Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund (“Teleios”) notified Quanex Building Products Corporation (the “Company”) of the resignation, effective January 8, 2026, of Teleios’ observer to the Company’s board of directors. Teleios will no longer hold an observer right with respect to the Company’s board following the resignation.
