for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026 on Friday May 15, 2026, before the New York Stock Exchange open. A copy of the Company’s

Strategic Investment Co. (NYSE: NYC) (“ASIC” or the “Company”) announced today it will release its financial results
as of, and for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, on Friday May 15, 2026, before the New York Stock Exchange open.
