On August 18, 2025, Nyxoah SA (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the second quarter and first half of 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Additionally, on August 18, 2025, the Company announced its unaudited first half-year results for 2025, which are further described in an H1 2025 report.
