On October 9, 2025, Odyssey Health, Inc. entered into Amendment No. 6 to the Promissory Note issued on December 13, 2022, with Mast Hill Fund, L.P. Pursuant to Amendment No. 6, the parties have agreed to extend the maturity date of the note to April 30, 2026, and Section 4.16 “Amortization Payments” was deleted in its entirety.
