Insights

Mid-level senior leadership change with planned transition, limited near-term clarity on successor.

The resignation of Simon Keeton as Group President, Power Solutions Group, removes a long-tenured leader who has been with onsemi since July 2007. However, his agreement to remain through June 30, 2026 is designed to keep operations stable during the handover.

The filing notes he stepped down from officer positions immediately, which concentrates formal authority elsewhere while he remains to assist transition. Future disclosures may identify the new head of the Power Solutions Group and clarify any strategic shifts tied to this leadership change.
