(the “Company”) approved (i) an increase to the annual base salary of Neil Laird, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, of $375,000, effective January 1, 2026, and (ii) a one-time discretionary cash bonus to Mr. Laird of $200,000 in connection with his performance during the year ended December 31, 2025.
