Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents an equal number of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive a share of the Issuer's Class A common stock on the date it vests, subject to continued service of the reporting person through the applicable vesting date. One sixteenth of the RSUs will vest on a quarterly basis on each Quarterly Vesting Date beginning on August 15, 2025. Quarterly Vesting Dates with respect to any calendar year means February 15, May 15, August 15 and November 15.

2. Represents securities held directly by Ashigrace LLC. Dushyant Sharma is the sole manager of Ashigrace LLC and has sole voting and dipositive power with respect to the securities held by Ashigrace LLC.
