Polen Capital Global Growth ETF (PCGG) is disclosing the Board-approved New D.F. Dent Sub-Advisory Agreement. D.F. Dent will manage the Fund’s growth sleeve while Segall Bryant & Hamill continues to manage the value sleeve, and the Fund’s investment objective remains unchanged. The New D.F. Dent Sub-Advisory Agreement has an initial two-year term and renewable one-year extensions with Board and Advisor approvals. The agreement does not increase the Fund’s aggregate advisory fees because D.F. Dent’s compensation is paid by the Advisor. D.F. The agreement includes standard termination, indemnification, liability and compliance provisions and requires D.F. Dent to maintain insurance and preserve records.
